Horizon Highland Sunrooms & Patios, highlandsunroomspatios.com, estimates@highlandsunroomspatios.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Horizon Highland Sunrooms & Patios website and any work you ask us to quote or build. By using the site or booking an estimate, you agree to them, so if you don't, please don't use the site and give us a call to talk it through.

In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean Horizon Highland Sunrooms & Patios. "You" means the homeowner or visitor using the site or hiring us.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Highland, CA, building sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Highland and the cities around it. We're licensed and fully insured, and the home page and our About page describe our services and how we work.

Everything on this site is general information. It isn't a quote, a design or a promise that a particular room will suit your house, because that depends on what we find when we come out.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free, done in person and come with no obligation. The written estimate is based on what we see at your house and what you tell us, so it lists the scope, materials and price for that job only.

The price holds for the period written on the estimate. If you change the scope, or we find something once the job is open that nobody could see beforehand, such as damaged framing or a slab that can't carry the room, we'll explain it and put any change in writing before we do that work.

Permit, engineering or HOA costs are included only when the estimate says they are.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the agreement is signed and any permits or approvals the job needs are in hand. Weather, inspection timing and material deliveries can move that date, and we'll tell you as soon as we know.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call (909) 737-1119 or reach us through our Contact page as early as you can. Your written agreement sets out the cancellation terms and any cost for materials already ordered, and nothing in it takes away a right to cancel that California law gives you.

Payment

The payment schedule, amounts and accepted payment methods are the ones in your signed agreement. Final payment is due when the work in that agreement is complete unless the agreement says otherwise.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and we'll tell you before we do.

Our guarantee and warranty limits

Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee, so if something we built isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it. Any written warranty for your job is the one stated in your agreement.

Products such as glass, vinyl panels, doors and roofing carry their maker's own warranty, and we'll hand you that paperwork. Those warranties are the maker's terms, not ours.

Beyond our guarantee and the written warranties above, the website and its content are provided "as is," and we make no other warranties, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its general information. For work we do at your house, our responsibility is set by your written agreement and the law.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow a business to limit.

Resolving a problem

If you have a complaint, call us or use the contact form first, because most problems get sorted out fastest that way. We reply within one business day and will work with you in good faith to fix it.

If we still can't settle it, either side may take the matter to the courts serving San Bernardino County, California, unless your signed agreement sets a different method.

Which law applies

California law governs these terms, your use of this website and any work we do for you, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes apply from the day they're posted and don't alter a signed agreement for work already under way.

Questions about these terms are welcome. Call (909) 737-1119 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 11 PM or weekends from 7 AM to 11 PM, or send us a note through our Contact page.
